The Catholic Education Office is the Executive arm that provides the Secretariat for the Catholic Education Commission of WA. It provides advice and service to Catholic schools and implements the policy decisions of the Commission. It negotiates arrangements with governments and other agencies and administers government-funded programs
The Catholic Education Office is headed by the Director of Catholic Education, who is assisted by the Deputy Director, the Director of Religious Education, the Assistant Director (People and Organisational Services) and the Chief Financial Officer. This group forms the Executive.
The CEOWA structure comprises 17 teams and two special project groups.
There are three Regional Offices led by Principal Schools Advisors (PSAs) located in Broome, Bunbury and Geraldton, which service schools outside the Perth metropolitan area.
